As a self-taught artist, I have drawn and doodled for as long as I can remember. My mother told me that she knew I was going to be an artist at 2, because I had skillfully crafted colorful circles all on my bedroom wall! As a child, I was recognized for my artistic talent and had the honor of having my art shown at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts museum in elementary school. Art became a therapeutic outlet for me in 2012 during and after my divorce, which inspired me to share the spiritual concepts and influences that helped heal me through art. I enjoy creating with chalk pastel, pencil and ink, and acrylic! My work has been exhibited in a number of art shows, venues, and galleries in the Greater Nashville community. I use art as an external manifestation of the energetic forces that influence man and nature through the use of chromotherapy and inorganic shapes.
"My affinity for indigenous cultures and world religions/philosophies have been the greatest influence on my creative pursuits as a life coach, artist, and yoga and meditation guide."

Intentional Living Coach
I consider coaching a great platform to inspire individuals to discover who they are, identify what they most need at the moment, and take the appropriate steps to get there. I have coached professionally for private companies and universities since 2014, and began to offer private coaching sessions 2016. My mission is to support my client's personal transformation and development through creative dialogue, inquiry, and awareness all while using my strengths as a relator, strategic thinker, connectedness and intellection. I am committed to empower others to reach their highest potential through living a more Ma’at-centered life (Kemetic concept of truth, balance, order, morality, and justice).

Yoga & Meditation Instructor
My yoga journey began right in front of my TV 2010 - I rented yoga DVDs and viewed Video OnDemand yoga sessions! I learned and developed my yoga practice by experimenting with a number of yoga styles that way. My curiosity to learn more about the yogic lifestyle led to the study of Indian philosophy abroad in Jaipur, India for a month in 2011. It was through this trip to India and subsequent life-altering events that I found myself relying heavily on the conscious, harmonious, bliss that yoga had to offer me.
I am eager to share the transformative nature of yoga and meditation to underserved and underrepresented communities in the Western world. Through bringing more diversity, cultural awareness and appreciation for yoga, I hope to motivate individuals to discover who they are and have the courage to live their lives authentically. I believe that the practice, dedication, and compassion that are needed for a yoga practice on the mat can be applied outside of the studio. Although the physical benefits of yoga are great, I am convinced that the enhanced mental and spiritual possibilities are even greater. I specialize in meditation, vinyasa yoga, flow yoga, and power yoga styles.
It's so easy to talk to N'Digo, and she's willing to take time out of her busy schedule to listen when I'm dealing with something discomforting. Even when I was traveling in Europe and having some issues with the person with whom I was traveling, she was there to talk with me about how to deal with my friend. N'Digo has definitely been there for me when I needed it most.

The time I had with Kali was excellent.
As far as scheduling goes, she always communicated effectively as to the time and place we were to meet up. She was always on time and if there was a cancellation of the meeting she informed me ahead of time so I could readjust me schedule.
She always kept a balanced emotional state, i.e I could tell that she had developed control over here faculties and could think critically not emotionally. Kali always presented a pleasant appearance with an open mind and spirit that help engage in the work I was trying to do.
When meeting, she let me vent at times but also guided my venting to some core problem that resided within me. From that insight it gave me a frame of reference when dealing within. Questions were asked to provoke reflection, not just for conversation. And the pinnacle of our sessions showed me there was a path to liberation but one that you are responsible for and that she could not give me liberation.

I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and thank you for the time, energy, and coaching you have provided. I was in a state where I felt uncertain of who I was and incapable of deciding where I wanted to be in life. At a young age I can recall numerous occasions where my willingness to take risks led me into doing things I've never done and travel to places I never knew much about. Somehow in that transition to adulthood I became afraid. Trying something new seemed had made me fearful because life was happening, time was running, and being responsible had become more important than being comfortable with myself and what I needed in life to physically and mentally sustain. However you listened. You heard the challenges I was facing and rather than giving concrete answers, you encouraged me in an abstract manner to listen to my own thoughts that helped realize that If I continue to only do what I know than I'll never realize what I have the potential to be. After internalizing this concept, I felt I had reached enlightenment. From there I made a career choice 1 year ago today that seemed challenging and far-fetched. However, in a years time I have learned and surpassed three different job descriptions each doing dissimilar roles within the company and been promoted twice. At this time I am currently challenged in my new position and I am ok with it. I am taking each obstacle as it comes at me and absorbing the information. I cannot say whether or not I will be doing this long term but for the moment I am there and I am liking it. What I do know is I owe it all to you, N'digo from the conversation that lead me to making a choice. When I do decide my time has come I won't be afraid of whats next or to make a choice. I will indeed embrace the journey and become more than who I was before.
